First: Order preparation
The preparation period varies depending on the size and quantity of the shipment, usually between 1 to 4 working days before handing over to the shipping company. For special products such as dates, the delivery period may extend to 10 working days to ensure safe transportation.
Second: Shipping duration
Inside Riyadh: from 1 to 2 working days.
Other cities in the Kingdom: approximately 3 to 8 working days, depending on the shipping company and the customer's location.
Third: Shipping companies
Trusted shipping companies are used, and the customer has the right to choose their preferred shipping company before completing the order. We work with several companies such as SMSA, Aramex, and any place, depending on the customer's location and product type.
Fourth: Shipping costs
Shipping prices inside Riyadh start from 15
and vary depending on the weight and quantity of the order. For other cities, prices differ based on distance and weight, usually ranging from 15 to 150 SAR. The customer bears the shipping costs unless otherwise stated in promotional offers. In some special offers, we may cover the full shipping costs, and this will be clearly announced on the product page or during the checkout process.
